As a senior manager in SST’s Audit & Attest Department, John Miscavage specializes in delivering audits for nonprofit organization and ensuring GAAP compliance. He also takes great pride in mentoring SST’s associates, sharing his wealth of industry knowledge with the next generation of audit professionals.
John graduated from Western New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, emphasis in accounting, and also received an Associate of Arts Degree from the New Mexico Military Institute.
Prior to joining SST in 2024, John spent 17 years honing in his auditing skills at a boutique accounting firm, where he worked his way from associate to partner. His experience spans across a variety of industries, including nonprofit, education, business and local governance. John’s diverse expertise has been instrumental in expanding SST’s service offerings for associations and membership organizations.
