Jeanette Verrelli, CPA is a Senior Manager in SST’s Tax practice with more than 15 years of experience serving nonprofit organizations. Her background includes working with private foundations, private colleges, social and human services organizations, and large hospital systems. Jeanette focuses on delivering practical, compliance-driven tax solutions that support the mission and long-term sustainability of exempt organizations.
Jeanette’s primary area of expertise is providing tax services to tax-exempt organizations, including the preparation and review of federal annual returns, IRS applications for exemption, and assistance with IRS correspondence. She is known for her deep understanding of nonprofit tax compliance and her ability to guide organizations through complex reporting requirements with clarity and confidence.
In addition to her client work, Jeanette is an active thought leader in the nonprofit space. She has conducted presentations and seminars on topics such as special events, common tax and compliance errors, Form 990 reporting, and fringe benefits.
