Jonathan M’Pinda is a Manager in SST’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and consulting. He advises organizations on full-cycle accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, internal controls, process improvement, and ERP system implementation. Jonathan works closely with executive leadership to provide clear, actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and scalable growth.
Jonathan has served mid-market and multinational organizations across a wide range of industries, including nonprofits and churches, advertising and marketing, financial services and banking, payments and fintech, technology, manufacturing, and consumer services. His background spans public accounting, private industry, consulting, and financial leadership roles, with project experience supporting organizations such as Citi Bank, Tandy Leather, Nestlé Skin Health, and 7-Eleven.
Jonathan brings strong systems and technology expertise, having led or supported multiple ERP and accounting system implementations, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Workday Financial Management. He is skilled in advanced financial modeling and analytics using Excel and Power BI and is known for improving reporting accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency through effective use of technology.
