Job Summary

SST is seeking Administrative Support in the Dallas area.

Our Firm is seeking a highly organized, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to assist in keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have superb time management and organizational skills. The candidate will be comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, typing, and distributing mail. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office requests, providing polite and professional assistance to clients, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Full- Time in the Dallas office. Remote work not available for this position. Hours 9am-6pm

Salary $19.00 to $20.00 /hour

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Generate reports.
  • Handle multiple projects.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:

  • Administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
