Job Summary

SST seeks an Administrative Support Specialist in the Dallas area.

Our firm is seeking a highly organized, hardworking, and self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate will have current invoicing/ AR experience, superb time management professional phone etiquette, and above-average organizational skills. The candidate will maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be willing to help the SST team in any and all administrative and billing tasks while providing polite and professional assistance, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail
  • Carry out administrative duties, such as filing, date entry, copying, binding, scanning and other duties as assigned
  • Organizer and schedule meetings and appointments, including maintaining Outlook calendars
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Database updates
  • Create client invoices and assist in billing tasks
  • Generate reports
  • Coordination of lunches and staff events
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications.

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables, invoicing, and collections
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • High School diploma or equivalent
