Well-recognized within the Texas CPA community, Ed has over 40 years of public accounting experience, working with public, private entrepreneurial, and non-profit organizations. He has expertise in financial statement audits and reviews, property taxation, and CPA peer review services.
Areas of concentration
- Audits and reviews for private entrepreneurial businesses and not-for-profit organizations, and related tax planning and compliance
- Consultation, rendition, and appeals of ad valorem property tax issues
- Quality control consultation and performance of peer reviews of other CPA practices under the AICPA and TSCPA Practice Monitoring Programs
- Development and presentation of continuing education programs to the accounting profession throughout the United States
